Crafted from an 80 percent cotton, 20 percent polyester blend, the Shalosh Form Crew offers a soft yet structured feel designed for everyday comfort. The fabric has a mid-to-heavy weight, providing warmth, shape, and durability while remaining breathable. Finished with a relaxed fit and classic crew neckline, it is designed to move easily with you and feel familiar from the first wear.

Shipping Rates
Standard U.S. shipping is a flat rate of $7. Orders over $75 ship free within the United States.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Shipping times may vary based on carrier and location. Shalosh is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider once the package is in transit.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final.
Due to the limited nature of our production and the care taken in each release, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review sizing details carefully before placing your order.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@shaloshform.com, and we will make it right.
